2. Our current security cookie

Cloudflare helps keep this website secure by filtering automated traffic. Its security cookie, __cf_bm, supports this protection and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity, according to Cloudflare.

To help protect your visit from the start, this cookie may be placed on your device as a page opens, including before you choose ENTER. If you leave, a cookie already stored may remain until it expires or you remove it through your browser settings. You can also block cookies in your browser, although some security features may not work as intended.

Cloudflare says this cookie is generated separately for each site and is not used to track people from site to site or from session to session.

3. Remembering your entry

The website uses browser session storage to remember that you selected ENTER during this tab's browsing session. This reminder stays in your browser and is not sent to us as a consent record. Browser restoration or duplicated tabs may preserve or copy it. You can reopen the notice using the Cookie notice button and read or download these terms at any time.

4. Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, attachments and associated email details so we can respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending sensitive family, health, financial or identity information by ordinary email.

Contact hello@fiftyand.com for general inquiries or privacy@fiftyand.com for privacy questions, requests and security concerns. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

5. Hosting and technical information

This website is hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites. Cloudflare provides supporting network and security infrastructure. Requests to load and protect the site involve technical information that can include your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, response information and security signals. Hosting and security providers process this information to deliver pages, maintain the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

We do not currently use optional visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may maintain necessary infrastructure logs and service metrics.

6. How information is used and shared

We use information to operate and protect the website, answer messages, handle privacy requests and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing a secure public website and answering correspondence, and on applicable legal obligations. If a new activity requires consent, we will request it separately.

Our service providers process information to support these activities: OpenAI for website hosting, Cloudflare for network security and email forwarding, and Google for email delivery and storage. We may also disclose information as required by law or as necessary to protect legal rights and investigate security incidents.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use inquiry emails for an advertising audience or add senders to a marketing list without a separate choice.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain ordinary inquiry correspondence for one calendar year after the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation, dispute or security investigation requires longer retention. Privacy-request and security records are retained as needed to manage the matter, document our response and meet applicable legal obligations.

Our internal retention policies govern the handling and deletion of company records. Service providers maintain separate retention and backup practices; backup copies may remain after active records are deleted. For retention questions or deletion requests, contact privacy@fiftyand.com.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, contact Deere to Innovate, LLC at privacy@fiftyand.com. Requests are subject to appropriate identity verification and applicable legal limitations. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law and explain any restriction on fulfilling a request. Please do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method.

Depending on the laws that apply, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact us to discuss the rights available in your circumstances.

You can review, delete or block cookies using your browser settings and leave the site at any time. The website does not change its necessary security processing in response to Do Not Track signals. We do not conduct sales or advertising sharing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of; these signals do not remove cookies already stored or disable necessary security processing.

9. Safeguards

Deere to Innovate, LLC maintains internal policies governing access to personal information, privacy-request handling and retention. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted access and multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to authorized personnel for the purposes described in these terms. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

10. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact privacy@fiftyand.com. We will assess the information and take appropriate steps to remove it or meet any applicable legal requirements.

11. Provider processing and locations

We operate in the United States and use providers with international infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the relevant providers operate. We do not promise storage exclusively in a particular country. Provider processing and any applicable international-transfer safeguards are governed by the service arrangements and privacy information relevant to those providers. You may contact us with questions about processing of your information.

12. Changes and contact

We will update these terms when our practices change and show the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this website, with additional notice or choices where required by applicable law. Any new processing that requires consent will be presented separately. Selecting ENTER does not authorize unspecified future tracking.
